Return Policy
Customized swim caps sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once you approve the digital proof and caps have been sent to production.
Order Approval Process
Once we receive your order and artwork, we’ll prepare a digital proof showing exactly how your caps will look, including colors, placement, and any personalization. You’ll receive the proof by email for your review and approval before we begin production. No caps go to print until you’ve signed off.
If revisions are needed, we’ll update the proof and send it back for your approval. Please review your proof carefully, as changes after approval may affect your turnaround time.
Pricing
Our pricing includes screen setup, artwork preparation, and two-sided printing of the same logo, so there are no hidden fees.
Minimum order quantities
Minimum order quantities vary by cap type:
- Minimum of 25 caps for Classic Silicone, Wrinkle Free Racing, Deluxe Soft Silicone, and Pro Dome caps.
- Minimum of 50 caps for Classic Latex caps.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to the U.S., Canada, and most countries worldwide.
For South America and island countries, there is a small additional freight charge:
- $0.50 per cap for orders over 100,
- $1.00 per cap for orders under 100.
Please note that Classic Latex Swim Caps ship free within the United States only. Additional shipping charges apply for latex cap orders outside the U.S.
Price matching
Yes, we’re happy to match any written quote from a competitor (website prices excluded).
Turnaround time
Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks for custom caps.
